Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc.
Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:
- I watched the Teen Mom 2 season premiere and now remember why I stopped watching it. There is just too much drama on that show. It gives me anxiety just watching the show. I really like Leah but are those hair extensions she is wearing? I hope so or she needs some serious help with her hair.
- P has definitely found her voice. She is now starting to make cooing noises when she is awake which is hardly ever. She really has been using her lungs when she is put down. She definitely does not like to be put down and at times can really scream when she is down for too long (usually when I am taking a shower).
- B got us kick started and we were able to get all of the baby food made on Monday. We did green beans, butternut squash, summer squash, and zucchini. Yes the butternut squash is from last fall. B kept it in the basement during the winter and it was still good. It actually smelled really sweet.
- There have been so many magazines available in the last week for free. I got OK and Family Fun for myself, Glamour and Family Fun for my one neighbor and Family Fun and Martha Stewart for my other neighbor. I could sign up for a ton more magazines but I don’t want to use all those trees for nothing. I rarely read magazines so the fewer I get the better. I do love to get free stuff so my neighbors are going to start getting a ton. (Get ready!)
- Derby has been a crazy dog again. Monday night B woke me up at 3:30 am to tell me that he is finally getting to bed because when he got home from the grocery store (I have no idea what time that was, I fell asleep at 1 am and he still was not home) Derby was going psycho. B discovered that Derby had a baby raccoon cornered in the backyard. B was nice enough to catch it in a box and release it on the other side of the creek near our house. Hopefully it found its family and does not come back.
- Last night I kept falling asleep in the recliner around dinner time. S was tired and watching a movie on the couch. I couldn’t get comfy and P was fussy so I decided to go lie in bed and watch the movie because P loves to sleep in our bed. It worked she fell asleep right away, I got about an hour nap and S snuggled next to me in bed and watched the rest of Wall-E.
