Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:
- I have been trapped in the house because of this cold weather and snow. I don’t mind being in the house for days at a time, but I hate when I am stuck inside not by choice.
- I may brave the cold and make a run to Target to return a few things and see if there are any hidden clearance items. Doubt I will find any, but will always wonder if I don’t go check.
- My charger for my Nook broke (or so I think). Not usually a big deal. I can just go get another one at Barnes & Noble for $7. Since all the stores are closed due to inclement weather I now have a dead Nook and cannot get a charger until they reopen the shopping centers. Good old Target is still open.
- We finally got the Christmas tree put away Monday night when S was sleeping. I thought we would have a major meltdown yesterday morning when S woke up. Nope he could have cared less and never even mentioned it to me.
- Believe it or not we get the Christmas tree down Monday night and put the Valentine decorations up on Tuesday. I only put up a few decorations for Valentine’s Day, so it was fairly easy. I still think we may put up some snowflakes for “winter” decorations.
