Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc. This week was a slow one.
Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:
- We went on our camping trip, and while nothing really crazy happened, it was just a wild weekend. Everyone got very little sleep on Friday night, then it rained all day on Saturday, and Sunday we had a great time on our canoe trip.
- Let me tell you, Saturday night when I was getting a shower in the camper I noticed that the water was not going down in the tub. B had to go out in the dark and let out the “gray” water tank so the water would drain because it was full (Gray water is the remnants from the showers, and sinks). What’s even funnier is that we had to turn the lights out on the inside of the camper so that you could not see what they were doing. It’s not really allowed, but made from some excitement before bedtime.
- S picked up some new sayings this weekend and they were hilarious. Not something a 3 year old should be saying, but he used them in the right context. On the canoe trip we had to keep ducking under tree branches so they did hit us, and at one point S took his little paddle and started hitting them saying, “F*** it all!” We laughed, more out of surprise than anything else. You never know what is going to come out of their mouths. He only said it twice and we have not heard it since, so that is good, but he gave us a laugh.
