Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc.
Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:
- I actually got all the cookie suckers baked and packaged for S’s birthday in his classroom on Friday. I had always planned on doing it today, but usually something comes up. Not this time. It took time but it’s done.
- I have actually gotten P back on a sleep schedule sort of. It is not as good or precise as last time but it is a start. She has been taking a morning nap between 10-11am with a snack before. She eats another snack around 1pm and takes her second nap around 3pm. With two naps she is much happier, and that makes B and me much happier.
- I found a train set at Target yesterday when I went shopping with my dad for the kiddos. I took a picture of it and sent it to B. He didn’t say anything about buying it right then. Today we went back to Target after S got on the bus and got the train. It was an online return and was 30% off the original price making it only $83. I guess that is a good price for it, I have no idea. I told B we should go ahead and put it around the tree. No point in saving it for years. Enjoy it now. Maybe just maybe P will sit and watch it versus touching it. Who knows?
- We finally got our first Christmas cards this week. I swear we get less and less cards each year.
