Wild Wednesday

Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc.

Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:

So I was waiting for this post to write about this. We are entering S in a Power Wheels Demolition Derby!

Power wheels

I was doing some research on a local dirt racing track where I found they are doing a Power Wheel Demolition Derby in October. I called B at work and told him about it. I was so excited I text my dad at work to tell him, too. B has been curious about participating in a demo derby, and this is the perfect way to do it. B talked to some co-workers about it and one of them told him the Sandusky County Fair was having their first ever Power Wheel Demolition Derby this year. It just happens to be next Thursday.

S has two Power Wheel trucks (B can’t help himself when he finds a good deal!). The one that is currently at our house PJ has chewed to bits. She is a super anxious dog and drools all over the side of the truck. It used to be only when S was in it, and now it is all the time when the garage door is open. She has started to chew on the side of the doors. We have his other Power Wheel truck at my in-laws so if something would happen to his truck he could always bring that one back home.

We showed S a few Power Wheels demo derby’s on Youtube.com and he loved watching them. He wants to put stacks on the front of his truck with red and yellow tissue paper coming out of them. He wants to paint numbers on it and who knows what else.

I can’t believe we are going to start this kind of stuff. Once we start, I know we are never going to stop racing. I am totally okay with it, but it is an expensive hobby to have.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
