Wild Wednesday is about all the crazy or unbelievable things that have happened in the last week to me, in the news, pop culture, etc.
Since last Wednesday here is what has happened:
- We were at swim class yesterday it was sunny, warm and then boom. Thunder. They called swim classes and now we have to make it up on Friday. I was finally looking forward to not having a make-up class on Friday. I don’t think S is ever going to get to do his soccer clinic again.
- S graduated in swim class. When I sign him up for his next session he is moving up to a Ray. That means that he can doggy paddy front and back and float. Maybe he really will be able to swim by the end of the summer without a life jacket.
- P is starting to walk more and more on her own. Although she is much faster crawling at least she is finally attempting to do it on her own.
- It seems that our raspberries are already getting attacked by Spotted Wing Drosophila flies. If you’re interested in knowing what they are click here to read about it in my Gardening Page. Definitely earlier this year than in the past.
- We borrowed my mom’s tether ball game and have the tennis ball attachment on it. S and I have been playing a ton. He decided to start wearing his bike helmet because he didn’t like getting hit in the head. I would say 50% of the time it was from me and the other 50% of the time he was doing it to himself.
- S and I love watching American Ninja Warrior. I DVR them and we watch them in the mornings when we are just lounging around.
- Target released two new beauty boxes geared toward college students and back-to-school yesterday. I managed to get both and they look much better than last year’s back-to-school box. I am very excited to get my hands on them.
