Tuesday Troubles

Troubled Tuesday is basically my complaint day to complain about all the troubles I have, which could range from what is happening on TV shows to who knows what.

I got the great idea that in order to get my upstairs (My house is built backwards the living room; kitchen, dining room and a few bedrooms are upstairs and downstairs is the playroom, and a master suite.  My house is not a split level it has two levels above ground and we have a basement below.) clean and organized I was just going to take everything that was out of place and put it in a huge pile.  That way I would be starting with a clean slate and could then work on putting away everything that did not belong.

I thought this would work that way I was not moving stuff from the island to the table, or the table to the island.  You know in order to get the island cleaned off you move stuff instead of putting it away and then in order to clean off your kitchen table you move stuff from your table to the island instead of putting it away.  I did move most of the stuff to a big pile, but the upstairs was still not clean and organized.  There are so many toys and stuff that I think it is time to purge and really get rid of more stuff.

Somehow I have to whittle down what toys the kids really need, like to play with, and never get touched.  I love Little People, but it doesn’t seem like either of my kids ever liked playing with them.  S never touched any of them; P showed a little interest but now only plays with the Little People Palace.  Do I get rid of the rest of the Little People toys or is she going to take interest in them and then I will no longer have them?  How do I know when I can finally get rid of toys?

What is troubling you?

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
