Troubled Tuesday

Troubled Tuesdays is basically my complaint day to complain about all of the troubles I have, which could range from what is happening on TV shows to who knows what.

  • B came home from work Sunday morning and when he woke up he told me he had to leave for work super early.  When I asked why he said because he bought a canoe.  What!!!!!!!  I like how he just casually says by the way I bought a canoe.  We don’t live on a river or lake.  Where does he think he is going to use this?  We do live close to the Maumee River, but are you kidding me?

  • Friday S wanted to go swimming and I needed to fix the trampoline netting where PJ ran through it.  I decided to put a bikini top on to get a little color and then I could go swimming with S to cool off when I was done.  It took me about 20 minutes to hand sew up the hole up and when I was done, I was so burnt on my shoulders and back.  Unreal what 20 minutes does to you.  This is why I sit in the shade.

  • Real Housewives of Orange County is now over.  I love watching them every week.  I know I have the reunion shows still, but then what????  At least New Jersey is still going.  Did Ashley get her lips done, too?  How much makeup did Jacqueline have on her eyes when they showed her coming out of surgery?  I would have thought they would make you take all that off.

  • S has been trying to push his bedtime later and later.  He has been succeeding at it, but if he is not going to take a nap he needs to be going to bed early.  It doesn’t matter what time he goes to bed he always gets up between 7am-8am.  If he takes a nap there is no way he will go to bed early.  So naps are like a double edged sword.  We both need the break during the day, then I don’t get the break at night and end up staying up really late.

  • Last week B was staining wood to make a fence for the side of the house, and we made it a family affair and all stained the wood.  Derby felt like she needed to include herself and laid under the wood we were staining and now she has stain on her back.  Since her hair is already too short, we cannot cut the stain out and it does not wash out.  So Derby now has crunchy spots on her back.
