Troubled Tuesday is basically my complaint day to complain about all the troubles I have, which could range from what is happening on TV shows to who knows what.
- P is fighting me on every nap, getting a shower at bedtime and going to sleep at night. If she wakes up in the middle of the night and I try to lie her back down she fights it. I have been letting her cry it out but it is not easy.
- So yesterday we went over to May’s to watch Baby L and A so she could teach a pottery class. The kids all played together nicely during the class. When the class was over we stayed and were hanging out. May ask where Mowgli and Baby A were. I asked if she put the cat gate back up to her pottery room. She didn’t and we couldn’t find P. We found her; she was down in the pottery room painting one of the kid’s bowls they had just made. When we got down there she was so proud of herself and like look at what I did! I wish I had, had my phone to take a pic. It was super funny to me because that is P. May did not think it was so funny and yet couldn’t help but laugh. I can guarantee that May will never forget to put the cat gate back up when she knows P is coming over.
- We walked outside this morning and it was a shock to the system. It was so cold compared to what it has been. It really wasn’t cold, just not used to it yet. These are the days when you have to layer because it is cold in the morning and about twoish it gets warm enough that you want to put on shorts and a t-shirt. By four it is cooling off again and you need your pants and long-sleeve shirt again. By six you are wearing a jacket. It was chilly enough in the morning that P wanted to go back inside and not take our walk. She loves to play outside, but not this morning!
