Thursday Treats is all about the best things I have had happen in the past week as far as good things, good foods, awesome finds at stores, great TV shows, etc.
- OMG, after I finished this post, last night I decided to watch the rest of Jimmy Fallon from Tuesday night. I really wanted to see Tuesdays with Timberlake, but the lip sync contests at the end of the show had me crying. I was laughing so hard my stomach hurt. Watching Jimmy Fallon in the background was funny too. I typing this and then they lip sync “All the Single Ladies.” I hope I can find this on You Tube to put a link on here. Here is the link the video is almost 10 minutes, but well worth the 10 minutes.

Stephen Merchant—Clear Winner!
Joseph Gordon Levitt—2nd Place
Jimmy Fallon—Last Place
- B took S over to his parents last night to drive his truck on the little dirt mounds. What did I do when they were gone, treated myself to a little nap. Much needed and I loved it.
- Yesterday was so nice outside I forced S to go outside for a while. Gotta tell you not that hard to force him outside. I just told him I was going out with or without him and he came running to play outside with Baby A and me.
- S and I hung up our Halloween lights outside. S had so much fun doing it, now we just have to have B hook up the timer to them.
- I got all of those pears cooked and frozen Tuesday and now have no more left to do. One more fruit down.
- I was watching Law & Order: SVU last night and they always put the disclaimer “The following story is fictional and does not depict any actual person or event.” I think it is funny because although they use the disclaimer it somehow always resembles a big story that was in the headlines. Last night sounded a lot like the story about the three girls who were kidnapped and found in a house in Cleveland. I have seen this many times in the Law & Order series. Why put the disclaimer in if you are going to resemble a true story so much.
- Today is Target day. If both of the boys are cooperating this morning I think I may venture out and try to take Baby A and S to Target. If not I think S and I will go after Baby A goes home. Just going to play it by ear.
- Today is the farmer’s market and I am excited to go and see when the type of apples I want are going to be ready (Jonagold).
What good things have you been treated to you this week?
Although I do Thursday Treats, it is pretty similar to Jen at Ramblings of a Suburban Mom‘s Thursday Thoughts, so I am linking up with her today.
