Thursday Treats |

Thursday Treats is all about the best things I have had happen in the past week as far as good things, good foods, awesome finds at stores, great TV shows, etc.

So I was going to do this last night and decided to play games on my phone instead. So I am going to do this tonight before I go to bed even though it is technically Friday morning.

S is doing great with reading and doing his math every day. He did question me today why he has to do so much more than what the paper says. I told him he has to do 30 minutes of each every day until he meets his monthly goals and then he can go down to 10 minutes for each. He was happy with that idea and also that he can have You Tube again till the beginning of the next month.
P has been eating meat this week and it has been crazy. We had Philly cheese steaks on Monday and she wanted to eat the shaved beef. S also surprised us and ate it for dinner also. Last night she ate meatloaf at May’s. I didn’t think she would even try it so I never offered. She asked I gave her a bite and she loved it. I gave her some, she ate it all, and asked for more. Who is this crazy kid?
B brought the trampoline upstairs today for P. She needs a way to burn that pent up energy. She loves it and has been on it all day either jumping or lying on it. I told S he was not allowed to jump or even touch it. He is just too big and crazy to jump on it anymore.

This is my year to get a new Fitbit. We get a new one every other year through B’s work to get better prices on insurance. I got my code through email yesterday and am excited to shop for it.
I went to Meijer today and found some 90% Christmas clearance. I wanted to check out the toy clearance and found the LOL Surprise Pets on sale for $8. Since B found a toy P got last week way cheaper I took the difference and got her a pet. She was beyond geeked when she spotted that in the bag.
