I had some errands to run in Toledo yesterday and decided to stop at Target (Monroe St.) to see if they had any clearance I needed to watch out for to get on Thursday. Sadly I only found two toys and they are at the bottom of this posting. I then stopped at another Target on the way home (Airport Hwy). They were trying to get ahead of the game and marked their clearance Wednesday to beat the rush. After looking through all the toys I think they only got about halfway through the toys and then went home. I was still able to find a ton of toys and only spent $118.

I was able to find two Lego kits at 70% off. It is rare to even get Legos at 50% off but at 70% off that is just unheard of. I knew B’s mom would want these for B’s nephew. I was able to get them for $24 and $21.

I picked up one Sofia the First playset because I thought it would be great for either a birthday or christmas gift for one of B’s cousins (there are a ton) and it was only $8.98. The Planes Microdrifter track finally went 70% off at $7.48. It goes on the wall and S will love it. I am so glad I was able to get all those Microplanes when they went 70%. I wasn’t even looking for any Fisher Price Little People stuff but I happen to spot this and since it was only $4.18, there was no way I could pass it up.

I picked up the Spiderman set for B’s nephew for his birthday. It was only $5.98. I got two more Batman characters for $3.88 for B’s cousins. Either to include with the other Batman characters for Christmas or to give them these for there birthdays.

I hit the jackpot for P. I have been watching both piano toys and wanted them for P. The Billy Beats will be from Santa on Christmas Eve and was only $11.98. The Leapfrog piano was $7.48. The box is a little mangled but we always open all the toys and get rid of the cardboard before Christmas so it doesn’t make a difference. I found this Leapfrog matching set in the wrong aisle and it was priced at $11.88. I scanned it to double check and it was only $5.38. I figured if I couldn’t leave it. If I don’t give it to P, I can surely give it away as a present.

I thought these would make cute little gifts if S gets invited to any birthday parties. Each has a purse, set of gloves, a ring and necklace. They were only $2.38 each. I got a Belle, Cinderalla, Snow White and 2 Tiana’s.

These are the two toys I got at the Target on Monroe St. I thought these would be great for B’s cousins for Christmas. They were only $3.88 each. So I spent $8 at this Target.
Yesterday was my anniversary and hubby and I went to dinner and then hit up two targets. LOL yeap we had a grand night out but it was so much fun. I found a couple small toys at the first one but the second one I did better and got a Lego Hero Factory bag for $3.88 and a Nerf Gun for $5. A couple weeks ago I was there and was able to get some Legos at 50% again I grabbed them since they never get lower and some Imaginext for 70% so we are pretty set for Christmas extras now. I will need to do that one gift they just really ask for but other then that my stash is good. Woohoo gotta love a sale.
Happy belated Anniversary. I saw that on your blog yesterday was your anniversary. We celebrated our 10th this year too. I still have more Target posts to show. I am good for Christmas and birthdays for the rest of the year. I even have some extras for just in case presents.
