Target Summer 2015 Toy Clearance Finds-Round 2

I headed to the second Target (Airport Hwy) and go figure there was a huge back up on the expressway due to construction.  So I took the city streets which took me 10 minutes longer than normal but I think was faster than it would have been on the expressway.  Anyways, I found the most at this Target and ended up spending $111.08.  I have found the older S gets the more expensive his toys and clothes get.  Why is that?

  • S loves Hexbugs.  While I am not a fan of having them at my house, Grandma G gets them and keeps them at her house.  They came out with these Hexbugs that look like cars.  These I like, but don’t want to start something else at our house.  This track with two cars was only $11.98.  While I didn’t get the Legos I was looking for I did find these at 50% off.  I got one of each for S and his cousin.  The larger box was $15.28, and the smaller box was $8.98.  Although you can’t see it in this picture due to the lights but I got S some more train cars for his train set he is getting this Christmas.  It is basically going to replace the Thomas the Trains for him.  The cars were only $3.08.

  • I found these singing birds and knew my niece and B’s cousins little ones would love these for Christmas.  You put one of the birds on your finger and whistle at it and they sing songs back to you.  They were only $7.48 each.  I found these Circuit Maker toys and thought S would really like this in a year or two.  I also got one for his cousin for Christmas.  They were $9.26 each.  I found one Sofia playset that will gotgreat with another set I have in the basement for a potential birthday gift.  The set was $4.48.

When I showed S the birds he said maybe I could go back to Target and get him some because he sure does love to whistle.  I said maybe you can play with your cousins at Christmas.  No VTech Smart Cars Amusement Park, bummer.

I’m not making it to my Target until at least tomorrow and I’m sure they will be out of everything but I will look anyway. I’d love to find some of the circuit kits. We have one and N loves it. C is a little young yet but he helps N and they are slowly working through the book.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
