S and I headed out Saturday morning to Target to brave the crowds and find the good 90% Christmas clearance deals. Boy did we find some deals at our normal Target where we always shop. I spent a total of $52.62 (price adjusted after the full price cd was taken out) and was able to get all of this.

It may look like I only got three boxes of these lights but they are stacked on top of each other and there are 12 boxes. They were only $.74 each. I could have bought them all but really I don’t need 50 boxes of lights so I only got 12.

I found these little gift sets that are so cute. They will be perfect for S when he gets into school to make little packages for the girls in his classes. Everybody loves Lip Smacker’s, each one of these has two nail polishes and two lip glosses. I got 24 of them for only $.49 each. (No worries, I left quite a few for others.)
-
I love these little Hello Kitty sets. I did get all the nail polish sets (4) I could find, and only some of the lip gloss sets (7). They were each only $.49 each.
-
I got 5 of these Hello Kitty sets thinking they would be great for my nieces. They were all only $.49 each.
-
I loved these little Minnie Mouse sets and could only find 4 of them at $.34 each. I am not sure what I am going to do with them but they would be great tied onto a little girls birthday present.
-
I found one of these Lip Smacker’s sets. They are all Coca-Cola drinks. I loved this but could only find one. It was only $.49. I found 3 Burt’s Bees lip balms and knew these would be great for S. He is constantly licking his lips chapping them. These lip balms were only $.29 each.
-
I found 3 princess babies and thought these would make great little birthday gifts. They were only $.59 each.
-
I found one Barbie flashlight and it was only $.50. The two little Cinderella dolls were hard to pass up, especially at $.49 each. I also was able to find one Lego Friends set and it was only $.39. Not pictured is the little Cars flip key that S really wanted and we had to open as soon as we got in the car. It was only $.30.
-
I some how did not get a picture of the Spiderman set, but I was able to find one and it was only $.89. It came with a plate, cup, and bowl. I am thinking this will make a great gift for a little boy’s birthday gift.
- No one was touching the Christmas cd display so I double checked and low and be hold the cd’s were 90% too. I got the 4 cd’s for $.99 each. I let S pick out which nite lite he wanted and this is the one he chose. Not one that is not holiday, but the one with the Christmas tree on it. It was only $.69, so I didn’t care if it was Christmas. I also got 5 gift bags at $.20 each. I needed few of this size which will be perfect for Barbie dolls! I just checked my receipt and the Chipmunk cd rang up full price so I will be returning that tomorrow!

This is all of the food that I got. The gingerbread village kit for next year was only $2.99. I got two Betty Crocker Gingerbread cookie mixes for $.50 each and had a $.75/2 coupon. That made them only $.12 & $.13 each. Awesome!!!!!! I also found Branch mint chewy candy for only $.74. I haven’t had these in years and couldn’t wait to eat them. I did and the baby did not like them so I will not be eating the rest of them. I found Pepperidge Farm gingerbread cookies bags and they were only $.30 each. I only got 7 bags because that is enough for S as treats when we go places. I had a coupon for $1.50/3 bags of M&M’s. I got three bags and they were only $.95 each. So they ended up being $.45 each.

I found a few baby items. The teething toys were a great find. They were $.50 each. Only $.10 per teether. The Fisher-Price polar bears were a great find for new baby gifts. They were only $.50 each.

There were a few Christmas items I did find that I wanted. There were tons of crafts, foam stickers, etc. but I just didn’t see S and I making those crafts. I refrained from buying everything and only go the items I thought we would use. I love advent calendars and we always have a few going every year. So to add another one each year is no big deal. I like the idea of this calendar and think it will be fun to make in November and use in December. It was only $1. S loves these window gel clings and they were $.20 each. The plastic clings do not work on our windows and I could not tell you why. I got the ribbon because it will work for Christmas or birthdays. It was only $.30 for this entire spool of ribbon.
I was really happy with everything I found, until I went through the receipt and saw the Chipmunk cd did not ring up 90% off. I will either return it tomorrow or get it price adjusted. Once that is done I will be happy with my finds. Now I just have to do the 3 other recaps and I will be caught up on my clearance finds.
