I went to Target today figuring that Christmas would be 70% off. Much to my disappointment it was only 50% off. The dollar spot Christmas was 70% so I was able to pick up a few items from there. P was being extremely good so I took the time to check out everything in the store. When it goes 70% which will probably be Wednesday I am going back to get pj’s for the kids, and maybe a few Christmas items. As I was leaving I checked the front endcaps for the Legos that were in the Christmas section. I found a ton of the Chima and Lego Friends mixed in. They were 50% off and $1.99. My debate was do I wait till they go 70% and get them for $1.20 or just get them now. I decided to wait, and then at the last-minute I went through and got every single one I could find on the endcaps. I got all of this and spent just over $44 for all of this.
- I normally never find Legos let alone this many. I might be able to find a stray one out of the four stores I will go to. This time I hit the jackpot. These will be perfect for S to give to his classmates for Christmas next year. I got 10 Chimas and 11 Lego Friends. They were each $1.99 so this was almost the entire purchase.
- I found the rest of this in the dollar spot. S will like using these signs to decorate his room next year. S also likes gel clings and I picked up Santas. I found this headband in the girls section but it belongs in the dollar section. Each item was only $.30.
Oh too bad about your clearance. Mine was 70% yesterday and I got a couple things but I didn’t see any Lego. I didn’t think of checking all the endcaps up front but my boys were playing down there and I didn’t see those sets. I did find some Paw Patrol items back in the Christmas section so that made me happy. I hid those in the cart to take with us on our cruise later this month. 🙂
Jenny,
I have not seen any pictures of Paw Patrols stuff. Let me know what you got, because I have been on the look out and will look for them when it goes 90%.
