When I opened these steak knives I could not believe how big they were. These were the jumbo steak knives that are not your average size and I do not know how you are supposed to use. The knives are half-serrated, full tang stainless steel blades. When I showed these to B he could not believe how big they were either. I decided to go ahead and try them to see if they were hard to handle or not. The knives were not easy to grip because the handles were so thick. When B tried the knives he thought they were comfortable and didn’t mind using them.
