Today I am linking up with Life After I Dew for So What Wednesday.
Today I am saying so what if….
- I didn’t write this till 4pm today. S had me distracted last night not going to sleep and then today I slept in because B let S sleep with me all night which meant I got very little good sleep.
- Because it took forever for S to fall asleep last night and then I fell asleep trying to get him to sleep I never got the dishes in the dishwasher and B did it this morning. He was not a happy camper about it, but it did get done.
- I made monkey bread today and it did not turn out again. I guess there are some things I cannot master when it comes to baking.
- S really needs a haircut but does not want to get one, and I have not been in the mood to force him. It will get done soon or I may start putting his hair in tiny pigtails until he lets me cut it.
- S seems to be turning into a TV kid. He always wants cartoons on and when he walks away from the TV he has to pause the DVR so he does not miss a minute. What would he do if we got rid of the DVR? It’s amazing how kids now do not even realize what commercials are. Why does S have to be so picky about his cartoons? (Maybe this should have gone in Troubled Tuesdays.)
- I like wearing my new Skechers boots with my yoga pants and B just thinks it looks “ok” which means he doesn’t really care for it but doesn’t want to say. Right B?
- I still need to find S some winter boots that will fit him for the remainder of the winter and into next winter and cannot find any cheap. I am not paying more than $20 for them this late in the season.
What are you saying ‘So What?’ to this week?
We need winter boots here too. The boys have been wearing rain boots but they are starting to get tight so we’ll need to get something new.
I wore rain boots outside when I would take S out because I couldn’t find any good winter boots for myself. I just had to wear a ton of socks to keep my feet warm. I always have to buy S rainboots because he loves to wear them in the garden, which is so much better than getting muddy shoes.
