Snail Mail Sunday

This is a culmination of the past 5 weeks’ worth of freebies.  I tried to break them up into categories.  NO way could I get it all in one picture, so I had to take a few.  So we have coupons, pet food, magazines, health & beauty, and misc.  I worked on this Saturday and then the kids did not let me finish it.  P was fussy on Sunday so I did not get a chance to finish this until after I put her to bed.  But I did it!  I got it posted on Sunday.  A little later than I would have liked like 22 hours late, but better than never.

Here are all of the free items I received in the mail this past week.  This year I am not going to seek every single freebie that is out there, instead I am going to try and get freebies that I or someone in my family would use or full size products.  For example, I would want trial/travel size items, but not the tiny sample they send on a cardboard.

Coupons

• 4 sets of Zarabee’s Natural Seasonal Relief Coupons

• Seventh Generation Coupons

• 1 Free Box of Ritz Crackerful Filled Crackers Coupons

• 1 Free Suave Professionals Visible Glow Product

• Tobacco Coupons-Parliament and Copenhagen

I applied to host a Seventh Generation party and was not selected.  As a thank you for applying they sent me the Zarabee’s and Seventh Generation coupons.  I have no use for the Zarabee’s coupons and my neighbor already called dibs on the Seventh Generation coupons.  I am excited to try the Ritz Crackerfuls.  I will get the Suave product and then probably donate it.  The tobacco coupons go right in the recycling.

Pet Foods

• Rachel Ray Nutrish-This is made from real chicken and brown rice. There is no grain, corn, wheat or soy. It also came with a coupon.

• Hill’s Science Diet Crunchy Creations-I got sent three bags in one package. It is grain free cat food made with chicken. It also came with 6 coupons.

• Purina Healthy Weight Cat Chow-Something Neezer definitely needs, but with him being diabetic we don’t switch his food. This also came with a coupon.

It looks like I have only been sent cat food in the past month.  Since Neezer is diabetic we don’t switch foods or let him try any new food.  Derby was very interested in the foods and could not stop smelling them. (As you can see by her head in the picture.)

Magazines

• US Weekly-I actually had six magazines but my neighbor snagged one when it came in the mail when she was over. I have looked through a few and some I just recycled and never opened.

• Watch-I am not sure how I even get this magazine and it just went in the recycling pile.

I read some of the US Weekly’s.  All the magazines went in the recycling when I was done taking the picture.

Health & Beauty Products

• Suave Professionals Natural Infusions-A sample of shampoo, conditioner, and light leave-in cream. It also came with a $1 coupon off any product.

• Dove Advanced Hair Series-Travel size samples of Oxygen Moisture shampoo and conditioner. It came with a $1.50 coupon off any product.

• Kate Somerville Skincare-Three samples of skin care products for anti-aging/oily skin. There was also a $10 off $100 purchase coupon included.

• Listerine Cool Mint Antiseptic-A great travel size of mouth wash. There was also a $3 coupon.

I put the Dove shampoo and conditioner and Listerine mouthwash in with our travel supplies to take on our next trip.  The Suave Professionals and Kate Somerville Skincare samples will go in my giveaway box for my local breadbasket donation.

Misc.

• Depends for Women-I should have taken a picture of the outside because it shows a desktop. I had no idea what could be in the box and when I opened the flap I died of laughter. It was a pair of Depends for Women underwear.
• Kotex Samples-This box includes samples of pantiliners, pads and tampons.
• Folgers Gourmet K–Cups-Four different flavors of coffee. I could not believe the crazy flavors: Black Silk Dark Roast, Lively Colombian, Caramel Drizzle, and Vanilla Biscotti. There is also a $1 coupon.
• Betty Crocker Suddenly Pasta Salad-I have loved using these, and think they are great for a quick fix.

I am definitely going to use the Suddenly Salad mix; my neighbor is going to love the Folgers K-Cups.  The Depends for Women and Kotex Samples will go in the giveaway box for my local breadbasket donation.

That’s it.  That is the entire haul I have gotten in the last five weeks.  I did not include the freebies I got from Smiley 360°, PinchMe, SampleSource, and more.  I plan on doing separate posts for those.
