Snail Mail Sunday

The baby was not cooperating last night so instead of doing this post last night, I went right to bed as soon as S was in bed and slept till this morning.  But I did get it done today and that is really all that matters.

Here are all of the free items I received in the mail this past week.  This year I am not going to seek every single freebie that is out there, instead I am going to try and get freebies that I or someone in my family would use or full size products.  For example, I would want trial/travel size items, but not the tiny sample they send on a cardboard.

  • Magazines-US Weekly
  • Lovable Labels-15 name labels for S, from www.lovablelabels.ca
  • Cloud 9 Cat Treats-These treats are supposed to have an egg flavor and are packaged just like gum with the foil on the back and you push each treat out individually.
  • Gobank.com Screen Cleaner-This attaches to the back of your phone or touch screen device.  You can peel it off and wipe your screen clean and then stick it on the back of your device for multiple uses.  I tried this and it worked pretty well to get all the fingerprints and smudges off the screen of my phone.
  • Food Should Taste Good Sweet Potato Tortilla Chips-These are tortilla chips are made from sweet potatoes.  My neighbor is a huge fan of these and they are going to her.

I liked the freebies we got this week.  I am not big on reading anything that was in US Weekly this week, so I think I am going to just pass it on.  S was totally excited about having labels with his name on it.  Since he does not have a common name all labels or stuff with his name on it has to be special ordered.  I really want to use the Cloud 9 treats as an April Fool’s prank, but will probably just give them to Neezer.  I used the screen cleaner and gave the chips to my neighbor so another week that nothing will go in the giveaway box for my local breadbasket donation.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
