Smiley 360° July 2014 Review

I was always curious about Smiley 360° and finally signed up.  I have been very pleased with Smiley and have decided to do monthly reviews of all the products I received that month.  I am a few months behind but plan to do my best to catch up.

This month I received Bonine, and Pepcid Complete.

Bonine-This treats and prevents motion sickness.  The tablets give 24 hour protection and works as well as Dramamine with less drowsiness.  I got four sample packets which work out great to stick in your purse to use on the go.  I had the chance to try this twice.  It had the same effectiveness as Dramamine does for me.  I think if I was going to buy motion sickness medicine I would pick between Bonine and Dramamine depending on price and availability.  Bonine also sent a bonus gift of a waterproof cell phone case.

Pepcid Complete-I was selected to take part in the Pepcid Taste Challenge.  I have not had much heartburn since I had P, thankfully.  I definitely had my share of heartburn when I was pregnant every day.  The only thing that seemed to work was Tums, but now that I am not pregnant I was hoping Pepcid Complete would work for me.  I was sent a Pepcid Complete coupon to purchase the product and a fun pen.

The Taste Challenge-There was six categories and each was rated in one of the five categories: Poor, Fair, Average, Good, & Excellent

Pepcid Complete Challenge

Pepcid Complete Challenge

  • Overall Taste-Average…It tasted like most heartburn tablets
  • Chalkiness-Fair…I don’t care for any of the tablets that are chalky. This compared to others.
  • Aftertaste-Good…Did not have a bad aftertaste.
  • Easiness to Chew-Good…Did not mind eating them, almost like a soft sweet tart.
  • Amount of Flavor-Good…I liked the flavor of the tablets.
  • Overall Experience-Average…This I just averaged the other answers. It wasn’t the worst heartburn medicine I have used, but not the best either.

Disclosure: Through Smiley 360° I was compensated with free samples of products. All thoughts and opinions are all my own.
