We love to eat out on the back deck on nice summer days. The problem we always encounter is bugs. P is petrified of them. I don’t know why but if she sees a speck of dirt and thinks it is a bug she freaks. I was excited to try this and finally have peaceful dinners outside with no screaming. When I opened the box I thought there is no way this light-weight plastic tube is going to work. Much to my surprise even though this was plastic and not really constructed of much when I turned it on the blades started to move at a slow pace. It made no noise and when S stuck his hands in the blades it didn’t hurt when he stopped them. We set it in the middles of our table and had dinner. We have used this now about 5-6 times and each time we have not had any issues with flies or other insects bothering us.
