I got these a few weeks back and somehow they got lost in the shuffle. When I found and opened them, I really like the Pratico Kitchen EZ-Lid Silicone Lids & Food Covers. There were made of a very pliable rubber that would easily conform to any dish. These can be used in the dishwasher, microwave, oven or freezer.

Since I have been in the pie making mode lately I wanted to see how good of a job they would do on the glass pie dishes. I got two different sizes a 10.5 in. and 6 in. cover. The bigger lid worked for the 9.5 in. pie dish perfectly, and the 6 in. was great for the smaller pie dish. I was wondering how well it would seal on the scalloped edges of the pie pan, but amazingly enough I could pick the pie dish up with the small tab on top of the lid.

They were super easy to use. All I had to do was place it on top of the dish. That’s it. There was no pushing the edges down to seal the lid. To take the lid off all I had to do was peel it away. Once I broke the seal on the side of the dish it easily just peeled off. They also went through the dishwasher with no issues.
