Piper 4 Month Update-One Month Late

I wrote this a month ago and forgot to post it, so better late than never.  I already have her 5 month update done and realized the 4 month update did not go up.

Every month of Piper’s first year I will do a monthly update along with showing her pictures I get done every month. I can’t believe she is already 4 months old.  Where has the time and summer gone?

Current Weight: 13 lbs 8 oz

Weight last month: 12 lbs

Current Length: in (I need to look this up but P is sleeping on me at the moment.)

Length last month: 22 ¾ in

P still sleeps a ton (if you ask me). I would guess she sleeps about 18-20 hours a day if not more.  She is doing great with breastfeeding and continues to gain weight.  She weighed in at a healthy 13 lbs 8 oz.  Just 3 more ounces than what I guessed.  She is 60% for length and weight.  I can’t believe she is that high for length and she is not even close to fitting in 3-6 month clothes.  She did finally move up to size 2 diapers.

We have been spending a ton of time at home this past month. P has finally started to like being set down for short periods of time (5-10 minutes).  We got out her jumper and she really seems to like it.  She still hates her swing and wants to be held when she is sleeping or not playing in her jumper.

P still hates when I try dairy. I had a piece of cookie cake for my birthday that had a tiny amount of whip cream frosting on it and I totally paid for it later that evening.  I had even scraped off most of the frosting.  P is starting to talk quite a bit.  Lots of screeching!  When B whistles at her she will usually answer him back with some squeal or yell.  She definitely knows her daddy.  We got her harvest/fall pictures done in this dress I bought years ago when Dillard’s was still open at Southwyck!   I hope you enjoy the pics!
