P still is sleeping a ton. Somewhere between 20-22 hours a day. I know it may sound crazy that she is sleeping that much but it is true. She usually doesn’t wake up for the day until about noon and then usually is back to sleep by 1pm. I can usually get her to sleep for the night sometime between 8 & 9 pm. She is doing great sleeping for 6 hours and then after I feed her goes back to sleep for another 3-4 hours at night. I think they must have measured her wrong (at the doctor’s office last month) because I know she grew more than a ¼ of an inch this month.
This has been a pretty busy month for P. She went to her first Monster Truck show and slept the entire time. I put some earmuffs on her and she could have cared less about the whole thing. We went on our first vacation. My parents rented a cottage on Lake Erie and stayed for a few nights. P did great and I could not be happier with how she was. When we got back from vacation it didn’t slow down there. I had surgery requiring me to stay in the hospital overnight. P was allowed to stay with me as long as B was there. So she had her first and hopefully only stay in the hospital overnight. I wasn’t able to feed her for 24 hours due to the anesthesia so B had to give her bottles. She was a champ and took them no problem. When I was home recovering P spent most of her time cuddling with me in bed and we slept.
In the past month, she has grown into the 0-3 month clothes. She is still rolling over from her stomach to back and can now do it on both sides. I am still off dairy. I keep trying to have a little here and there and she is still reacting to it. A small piece of cheese on my hamburger upsets her belly. I got her pictures in a dress I have had for over 10 years. I love it. I also got her picture in the same sand bucket that we took S’s pictures in. I hope you enjoy the pics!
