I really have no idea what to do with a Nubee Infrared Digital Laser Thermometer. I asked B if he would be interested in trying this out. He said sure why not. How in the world could I tell what a good laser thermometer and a bad laser thermometer? B totally could so I was inclined to review this.

The only thing I knew what to do with a Nubee Infrared Digital Laser Thermometer was to check the heat of chocolate when you are tempering it. To me this looked good enough to do that.   The problem is I have never tempered chocolate. When B tried the laser thermometer said it was accurate. I plan to add this to my baking and decorating supplies in the event that I ever decide to temper chocolate.
