I am an avid drinker of Coke so I could not wait to compare and see how these drops worked. I thought we were getting a true size of it, but only got this tiny sample. It would be perfect to take with you and use at a restaurant or on the go. It was enough to get a true sampling of the product so I was okay with it.

As I said before I am an avid drinker of Coke. Since I had P I have not been drinking Coke because of breastfeeding and thought this would be a great alternative. I decided to take my sample bottle on vacation with me and have my sisters try it with me. Don’t you know, I forgot to get the sparkling water so we just sampled it with plain old good water. I will drink my Coke when it is room temperature, been sitting out for hours, or as flat as can be. My thinking at this point was it would taste like flat pop. (We call it pop not soda in Ohio.) I added a few drops of Sweet Drops Cola to my water and gave it gulp. I am not a fan of diet pop and this was way worse. It left a terrible after taste in my mouth. My sister told me a made a few goofy faces. Well thank goodness my other sister did not see my facial expressions. She was next to try this and I guess I know what my goofy faces looked like, because she made a few herself. Since she is my identical twin I am guessing the expressions were pretty similar. Because neither of us liked the Sweet Drops Cola none of my other sisters or parents was willing to try the drops. I would say my first tasting would be a negative for the Sweet Drops Cola.

I had to really give it my best effort and wanted to do a true sampling so when I got home from vacation I went to Target and got some sparkling water. After the sparkling water was thoroughly chilled I busted it out for another sampling. I poured about 4 oz. of sparkling water in a glass and added the appropriate amount of Sweet Drops Cola as recommended. After I added my 8 drops (2 drops for every ounce), I went for it and tried my new-found cola. I still had the same feelings about it. It did not taste like any cola I have ever had before and left a weird aftertaste in my mouth.
It is not usual that I give a negative review about a product. I can almost always find something good about the product. This time I don’t. I tried the Sweet Drops Cola drops two different ways and did not like it either way. I was excited about the idea of being able to drink a cola again. I mean a cola with no caffeine, calories, or sugar, what a huge win. Unfortunately, I did not care for this and have no plans to purchase anymore.
