Manic Monday

Manic Mondays are when I let you know what plans I have for the week. Some weeks I may be very busy where other weeks there may not be any plans. Since I now have two little ones to take care of I am going to post weekly goals for myself to try and hold myself accountable. I have also decided to do a quick recap of what we actually did versus what I thought we were going to do.

This Week

My Weekly Goals: This week is another week of taking it easy. It is going to be hot this week so we will be staying in the house. We have to make B a cake and I would love to get ahead on a few posts.

Monday-S, P, and I are going to be hanging out at home most of the day. B and I have to go to parent’s orientation for S’s preschool.

Tuesday-S’s last day of hanging out at home before he has to start school for the next what 20 some years of his life. How depressing!

Wednesday-S and I are going to see his classroom and he gets acquainted with it before his real first day on Friday. In the afternoon we are going for my two week post-op appointment.

Thursday-We are hanging out at home and maybe going to the farmer’s market after B gets home. And of course, it’s B’s 37th birthday. I am sure that S and I will make him some kind of cake.

Friday-S has his first day of preschool. I am not sure what we have in store for the rest of the day when he gets out of school.

Saturday-We are heading to my aunt and uncle’s for a family get together. S is so excited to see his Uncle F and drive his truck all over the place.

Sunday-As of now we have no plans, and are just going to be hanging out at home.

Last Week Recap

My weekly goals for last week I was able to complete. I took it easy recovering and managed to make cupcakes with S for his school picnic.

This past week has been pretty quiet around here. Since I haven’t been cleared to drive yet, we have been hanging out at home unless B is home. I did manage to make it to Target a few times this week. S has got tons of me time with B this past week and is loving it. We went to S’s school picnic and he got to meet his teacher and some classmates. S asked me if he could have F come over and play with him. I told him I thought I could arrange that and she did come over.

Last Week

My Weekly Goals-I think for this week my goals are going to be pretty easy seeing as how it is already Tuesday. Make dessert for S’s picnic and continue to take it easy and recover.

Monday-Hang out at home and recover.

Tuesday-Make dessert with S for his picnic and take it easy.

Wednesday-S has his picnic in the morning to meet his teacher and classmates. I am guessing that is going to be enough for me and I will come home and take a nap with P.

Thursday-Nothing going on so we are just going to hang out at home. If I am up to it we may try to all go to the farmer’s market.

Friday-No plans just hanging out at home taking it easy.

Saturday-S has a build in the morning I am hoping B will take him, because I still cannot drive. It is going to be pretty hot, so I see S swimming most of the day and us hanging out at home.

Sunday-Another hot day with no plans so we will probably hang out at home.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
