Manic Mondays are when I let you know what plans I have for the week. Some weeks I may be very busy where other weeks there may not be any plans. We are up for quite a busy week. Every day something is scheduled! I have also decided to do a quick recap of what we actually did versus what I thought we were going to do.
This Week
Monday-I have to get up first thing this morning and turn in the paperwork to secure S’s spot for school next year. Yesterday when we went to open house the class was already full so we were put on a waiting list and I got a call a few hours later that a spot opened up and I do not want to miss out. B is off and I think the rest of the day we are just hanging out at home. B wants to start building a bed for S.
Tuesday-As of right now we have no plans.
Wednesday-S has storytime this morning at the library and then B and I are going to see the Zac Brown Band in the evening. S is going to play with his favorite, TeeTee and the boys.
Thursday-S has zoo school in the morning, which B will take him too. Believe it or not we are going to another concert tonight up in Detroit at the MGM for Aaron Lewis. We saw him last spring in Cleveland and he was great. S is going to play with his cousins since we are going with there dad.
Friday-I have a regular doctor appointment (check-up) in the morning and for the rest of the day we are just hanging out at home.
Saturday-S has a build at Lowe’s this morning making a Valentine box. The rest of the day we are just hanging out at home.
Sunday-No plans as of right now, but since B is off that will likely change.
Last Week Recap
Most of the week we hung out at home because the weather was terribly cold (negative wind chills). Tuesday B and I took S to Chuckie Cheese as a reward for getting 100 check marks for trying new food. Since it was so cold out on Tuesday, school was cancelled and F got to go with us to Chuckie Cheese.
Wednesday S went to zoo school and then spent the afternoon running errands with B while I spent the afternoon at my mom’s going through F’s old baby clothes. Thursday I went to Target for my weekly run and found some really good finds. Friday we hung out at home. S got a lot of use out of his trampoline and Smart Cycle bike this past week. I spent most days in the basement going through S’s clothes and baby clothes. Saturday S and I went to Home Depot for his build. S loves making the race car every year and then racing it down the ramp they have built at Home Depot. The rest of the day we hung out at home because it was a rainy/snowy slushy mess. Sunday we hung out at home in the morning, went to S’s open house for the preschool he is going to attend next year, and then came home and did a few Valentine’s crafts. S watched Gnomeo & Juliet and really liked it.
Last Week
Monday-I think we are just going to be hanging out at home. We may run some errands, but it just depends on the weather.
Tuesday-Today we are going to Chuckie Cheese to celebrate S finally getting 100 check marks for trying new food! He is so excited to go and see the mouse.
Wednesday-It is going to be one cold day, so I think we are going to be in the house.
Thursday-I am going to run to Target today and do my regular weekly Target trip.
Friday-As of right now we are just hanging out at home.
Saturday-S has a Home Depot build this morning to make a race car. It has been quite a while since we have had a build.
Sunday-S’s open house for preschool next year was rescheduled for today. Unfortunately, B cannot go because he has to work so it will be S and me. My mom is going to try and go.
