S would have loved these lights on his tires. When I saw a chance to review the Long Lasting Super Bright Rim Lights I was excited to give these to S. He loves to ride bikes after dinner and these would be perfect for dusk. Unfortunately, not all things go as planned.
When I got this package in the mail it was a small see through Ziploc bag. I could see already that three of them arrived broken. When I got them out of the package I thought they were going to be made of metal, but the entire this was plastic molded to look like metal. There were no directions in the packaging and I had no idea how to even turn them on. After having B check those out we were still at odds on how they worked. Our final conclusion was these did not work. The threads were made of cheap plastic and I did not even attempt to put them on S’s bike. I didn’t want to take a chance of breaking his bike.
I put them back together so you could see what they would look like if you received them all intact. I couldn’t get the lights to work.
My overall opinion on these is they do not work and not worth the money they cost. With no directions on how to use them and the quality of the product they were a big disappointment.
