I am not an exerciser by any means, but I do like to jump rope once in a while. This is the perfect jump rope to get a quick workout in and easy to use. The rope itself is adjustable to fit your height. The length of the rope goes up to 9.8 ft. It has ergonomically foam handles for a comfortable grip. I love the ball bearings that ensure the rope will turn smoothly and not get caught up.
I have tried the Limm High Speed Jump Rope a few times and had no problems with it. It was easy to use and smooth when going around. S also wanted to try it. He has not gotten the concept of jump roping, but wants to really bad. I was able to shorten the jump rope to his height so he could keep practicing.
