It has been over a week now, but I talked S into going to do a quick Target run Friday night after I took him swimming at my mom’s. The deal was that if he would go I would get him inflatable animal floats for the pool if they were on clearance. Really that was my main reason for going to Target. He loves to sit on his fish and popped the shark he had so I wanted to get more if they were on clearance. I did manage to find three and a few other items only spending $28.94.

I found a cute shirt for S for only $4.48, P a pair of dress shoes for P only $1.66, and this cute travel pal for $4.48. You have to take away the name of it “Mess Eaters” to understand what it really is. It is a bag to attach to the front of your bike or on a book bag. They call it “Mess Eater” I would guess because everything goes in the mouth like the frog is eating it. Get it?

I got three inflatables a shark, dolphin, and turtle for $4.98 each. They were only 50% off, but there were only two sharks on the shelf when I left. If I didn’t get them then I am sure they would have been gone. I also found a pair of red goggles on clearance for only $2.98. I snagged them for S for next year.
A great little trip to Target. It was 8:30 pm, so the store was almost completely dead. We breezed in and out in less than 10 minutes. I think that is a record for me.
I need to make a non-helper Target run. I was planning to this morning but forgot N had a dentist appointment so it didn’t happen. If I can’t get out tonight then it will probably be Wednesday morning. I’m not looking for anything inparticular I just want to make a good look around at the available clearance. I’d really like to go to my Super Target first and then hit my close smaller one on the way home but we’ll see how that works. LOL
Enjoy the few hours you have while both kiddos are in school. Take your time and go to both Targets. It looks like a ton of the school supplies are not 70% off.
