I went to Kohl’s to spend some coupons I had. To be exact $30 worth. I was emailed a $10 off $30 purchase coupon, and a $10 off $10 coupon for our store being remodeled. I also had the $10 Kohl’s cash from last week’s shopping trip. I decided to take the $30 in coupons and buy the new baby some summer outfits. I ended up getting three outfits and only spent $1.17. Of course, I also found something for S and got him a pair of shoes for next year. With the 30% discount I was able to get the shoes for $11.95.
- The outfits are all onesies that look like dresses. So basically a romper. Each dress came with a cardigan to match. For the most part I don’t ever see the baby wearing the cardigan, but you never know they may come in handy. The coral and navy sets were $10.99 and the pink dress was on clearance for $9.60. I did size up the pink dress so it could work for Valentine’s day next year.

I am always looking for shoes for S that are the next sizes up. I hate to pay full price for shoes that he is not going to wear that long. Although he does seem to stay in some sizes forever and barely in another size. I can’t find any winter boots, but was able to find these shoes which will be nice for preschool. He can wear them when it is cold and snowy out and not have to change his shoes or wear his winter boots all day. They’re not the cutest, but they will work. For only $11.95 after the discount and they were regular $39.99, I would say it was a good deal.
