A few years ago, I discovered Adult Coloring Books and fell in love with them. I busted out my gel pens from scrapbooking and went to it coloring. I bought more gel pens and then more. I used them on tons of books and pictures. I spent hours and hours coloring. Then I am not sure why but I kind of just stopped coloring. I color a ton more in the winter and read a ton more in the summer.
Well I got some new watercolor brush pens and thought I would get out the adult coloring books again and try them. P climbed up right next to me on the couch and was ready to color with me. I really liked using the new watercolor brush pens. The pens are two-sided, with a fine and brush tip. I am one of those people who hates to color outside the lines so using the fine tip to outline everything is perfect. I then use the brush pen to fill in the areas. Since I started using the pens this time, I have been coloring no joke 1-2 hours every day. I cannot stop coloring and have put writing blog posts on the back burner!!!
