I hurt my elbow a few years ago when I fell out of our pool. (That is a story for a different day.) Most days it bothers me but doesn’t really hurt. On those days when it hurts I am constantly rubbing it and sometimes even ice it to help with the swelling and pain. When I saw this gel pack that I could have hot or cold and could strap on I really wanted to try it. I like that the strap also compresses the area to help relieve some of the pain while the gel pack can ice the sore spot. It has worked really well for my elbow and still allows for mobility while I am wearing it. With the strap having Velcro I can adjust it accordingly.
