Friday’s Letters

Dear S, I am so proud to see how well you handled watching Baby A this week.  I was worried that you would have serious jealousy issues, but that did not seem to be the case.  I cannot believe how much fun we had making B’s cake this week.  To see you beg to lick the beater from the frosting was hilarious.  I think at that point you would have done anything for me to lick the beater.  When I was snacking on the leftover birthday cake you came running to make sure you got just as many bites as me.  If I took two bites in a row and did not give you one, you were sure to let me know and would ask for two bites before I could take another one.

Dear B, Hope you were happy with just getting a cake for your birthday.  I truly did not get you anything for your birthday.  With that being said, I hope that birthday cake was the best one you have ever had.  Wait you may not be able to judge that because you only ate a sliver of the cake and decided to eat your peach pie I made instead.

Dear Baby A, We had a first great week.  I wasn’t sure how things were going to go, but they went smooth.  Can’t wait to do it again next week!

Dear Target, I made a late night trip to you last night and found some great deals on clothes for S.  I don’t think he will be wearing the clothes anytime soon, but they were a good deal.

Dear Rookie Blue, Thank you for being so good last night that you prevented me from working on my postings for today.  Guess you weren’t that good, because B fell asleep right in the middle.
