Foto (Photo) Friday is my show and tell of pictures from the last week.
- S wanted to make sure PJ was part of the holiday decorating so of course she had to wear reindeer antlers. I don’t think PJ was too happy about wearing them, but she played along.
- S and B started decorating outside. I had to make sure that P was part of the light decorating outside. S was only too happy to let P participate.
- At S’s Thankful program this past Monday I loved his little turkey headband. I asked him how they painted the turkeys. He said pinecones with that duh in his voice, like I was supposed to know that already. When it came to S’s turn to say what he was thankful for he was only too happy to tell and show his trains.
- Wednesday night we went to B’s aunts for a Thanksgiving dinner. S was so excited to go so he could hang out with his “best friend”/cousin L. It was so cute to watch them play together all night. At one point L whispered in S’s ear “You’re my best friend.” It was the sweetest thing.
- S and P are in their first pair of matching pajamas. S has been asking for matching pajamas, and my mom got them there first pair. I have managed to find two more pairs, and told everyone S wants matching pajamas for them. He was telling me maybe they could wear the same jammies every night.
- My niece asked for a fruit pizza for Thanksgiving. I was only too happy to make it for her and S. Of course I had to try to make it Thanksgiving themed to fit for the day. What is better than a turkey? Thank you Pinterest!
- P was so cute sitting at the table with all of the kids. Of course, she just stared at everyone while they ate, but she loved sitting in that seat. S ate a piece of fruit pizza for his Thanksgiving dinner, and then played his new squirrel game while the rest of us ate.
- S had been asking about how a nutcracker works, and got to work on cracking nuts at grandma’s house. I talked to my mom about how much S wanted to crack nuts so she surprised all the kids with a big bowl of nuts they could work on cracking. This entertained S for most of the day. Every time I thought he was in the family room playing with the kids and toys I was wrong. He was out in the living room cracking nuts with his cousins or just by himself.
