Foto (Photo) Friday is my show and tell of pictures from the last week.

I was selected to host a House Party for the new Joanne Fluke book and was so excited with all of the stuff they sent me. I am going to try and make a blackberry pie for the little party.
S was helping me fold laundry and his job is to get the socks and undies out of the dryer. I guess he was having a hard time because when I turned around he had climbed into the dryer and was sitting inside of it throwing out socks and undies. This is the first and only time so far he has ever climbed into the dryer. He was so happy with himself, how could I not smile and get B so he could see it too!

This is what S looks like when he decides to get up at 6:15am. Whether he likes it or not a nap is necessary on those days. Let’s just say I took the long way home from Target and S is catching on. He said he wasn’t going to take a nap, and three minutes later he was snoring in his seat.
Since yesterday was really the first decent day we had to go outside, S jumped at the chance. Although you can’t really tell he is pretending to swim in the snow. He really wants it to be warm again. (Me, too!)

As promised, if we made snowmen in the big snowpile in our cul-de-sac I would take pictures. I put cans of spray paint in S’s grocery cart and he pushed it out to the big snow hill. Although he wasn’t allowed to use or touch any of the paint he did pick all of the colors. We have from left to right, a baby snowgirl (his soon-to-be sister), a daddy snowman, a mommy snowwoman, and a boy snowman who just happens to look like Sawyer. I love the way these turned out, and wish I would have thought to do this a long time ago.
S and I decided to make a real snowman and when we went to pack the snow into snowballs and it wouldn’t pack. It was so powdery. Instead we found three big ice balls and shaped them into snowballs to make it work. S loves to make snowman, and use the kit we have. The hat is a little lopsided but the head was a little lopsided and the hat sat on a bump.
