Foto (Photo) Friday is a show and tell of pics from the past week.
- P got her 2nd ever haircut on Thursday. We both talked and decided we would get about 3-4″ cut off the bottom. I am hoping it will make it a little thicker. It looks so much healthier. She got it blown straight so I was worried that maybe all of her curl had been cut off. Nope, it got wet later in the rain and the curl is still going strong.
- Last year we got a picture of the kids on the rocks. This year we wanted to keep it up. This year L cooperated and got in the picture and Little B is not a newborn.
- S had his first day of school on Friday. He was excited and nervous. This year he is going to be packing his lunch for himself. I think that gives him more anxiety than school does. He came home from school and said it was a good day. P was more upset that she didn’t get to go to school, too.
- We laughed when she was a crazy wild child running around the field naked two year ago. And now it is no different P is just running in our backyard this year. She truly is a child of the wild and earns her nickname “Mowgli” on a daily basis.
- P and I drove to the Walmart in Fremont on Friday to get a Vtech KidiBuzz for S. We have been trying to figure out if we should get a cell phone for S when he is home alone. I found this online and it is the perfect solution. He can send us text, video text, or voice text to our phones if he needs something. The Walmart in Fremont had 12 of them on clearance for $21, reg. $100. Then I went to Target on Airport Hwy Friday night and saw all of these on clearance for $25, with a 10% coupon making them $22.50. Basically I drove to Fremont for no reason.
