Foto (Photo) Friday is a show and tell of pics from the past week.
- P had her spring program a week ago and wanted to have a poof ball on the top of her head. I had to do the hairdo twice for her. The first time she said it was not high enough on her head. So I put it higher. She also wanted me to include butterfly, flower, and ladybug barrettes. I loved the way it turned out and she kept it in all day.
- P did so good at her spring program. She sang all the songs and did the moves. It was a big improvement over her Christmas program.
- Afterward there was a small art show in the classroom. Each child had a little display set up of all the art they made after different artists. P was so proud to show us everything she made.
- The night before P had her spring program, S had an art show at his school. We have never gone before but this year he wanted to go since P was also having an art show. It took all of 5 minutes to see what he had on display. After that he wanted to play with the STEM toys/items that were available to play with/use.
- P had a seriously weird bug this past week. She had issues in the bathroom for a few days. Then on Tuesday she woke up and told me she was tired. I told her to lie back down on the couch and we can watch TV. When I checked on her 5 minutes later she was sleeping. She slept off and on until 4pm. That is an additional 9 hours of sleep only waking up for a total of 20 minutes the entire day. She would wake up in her sleep and drink water so she was not dehydrated. She did eat in the middle of the day. When she woke up at 4pm, she was tired and layed on the couch for the rest of the day. She went back to sleep at 9pm for the night. Wednesday she woke up and was fine. Only to come and have issues in the bathroom the rest of the day. (She had no issues on Tuesday.) Thursday she was completely find and back to herself. When she was sleeping on Tuesday she would wake for a minute or even just 30 seconds. I would ask her if anything hurt, her answer was always no and she went right back to sleep.
