Foto (Photo) Friday is a show and tell of pics from the past week.
- Here are the school pictures from this year. S’s color in the picture is good, but when I took a picture of the picture it didn’t turn out as good. I love his smile and am so happy with it.
- This is P’s first school picture. It’s not the big smile we normally get from her but the perfect posed smile. I think it is so cute that they tucked her hair behind her ear and everything. If you knew the morning behind this picture you would be super happy with it. She refused to get dressed and was naked 5 minutes before it was time to leave. She hated that I got her hair wet to make it curly and kept brushing it to get the curls out. It was quite the morning and you would never know it just looking at this picture.
- Yup that is snow at the Garth Brooks concert. It was raining, sleeting, snowing, windy, and just down right cold. We were soaked and suffered through it but were not impressed with the concert and left before the encore. As I wrote in my Instagram post, this is the first time I have ever left a concert early in my entire life. My rule is we don’t leave until the house lights come on.
- In these two pictures the looks can be so deceiving. It looks like a beautiful hot day outside and the pool is ready for us to jump in. Really it’s October, in the 50s and I just finished sweeping it before we close it for the season. How I wish it was still summer and we could swim.
- This picture of P is so cool. I was lying on the diving board and she climbed on top of me. It is a really weird picture with the sky and clouds behind her and I love it. It almost looks like a green screen.
- We went for a walk this week and this is the first time that P went and we didn’t use her stroller. She is now big enough that I want her to either walk it with me or start riding her bike. She didn’t like it and complained after the first block. She did like it when Baby L walked with her.
- When we got home P wanted to ride her bike on the driveway. She keeps riding it saying, “I’m not Miss Daisy, anymore.” I used to tell her she was like Driving Miss Daisy because of how slow she rode her bike. She was so slow. She has picked up her speed and may one day be able to ride on just two wheels. I think if she did now the bike would just tip over because she doesn’t move fast enough.
