  • S had a blast playing baseball at the family reunion last Saturday.  He was hitting the ball without a tee.  I guess all that practice with the tether ball is paying off.
  • P learned how to walk last Saturday.  She had been taking about 5-10 steps at a time and Saturday she just got it.  She could walk all over by herself.  When we were getting ready for the reunion she started walking up and down the halls on her own.  I love to watch her walk around.

  • S got a trophy, certificate, and super sized freezy pop after his game under the lights.  It was actually dark out when they were playing so he loved the lights.  He had his own little cheering crowd watching him hit the ball really far and field.
  • P wanted to walk around on her own.  She watched a little of the game but was more interested in walking and having someone follow her.

  • P hated any ride that moved.  She would cry like crazy.  I have to get her over this fear.

  • S was all about racing Daddy when he saw Daddy and Papa racing.  Take note that B has his foot on S’s gas pedal because S couldn’t reach it.
  • I had to include the picture of B and Papa racing each other.  I couldn’t figure out where B and Papa went, well I found them over in a corner playing together.  I guess the Chuck E Cheese saying  “Where a kid can be a kid” goes for everyone!

  • P loves her Papa, and had a death grip on his shirt so he wouldn’t put her down.  We all had a blasts at Chuck E Cheese.  We had adult basketball tournaments and of course Skee Ball.  Yes the kids had fun, too, but they always do.
  • We got P out a bunch of new toys from when S was a baby.  It was like Christmas morning for both of them.

Disclaimer: I have never claimed to be any great writer. So any mistakes that are made are my fault. Sometimes I mix up names B, S, and P, but I think you can figure out who I am talking about. If you find any grammatical errors just fix it in your mind so it sounds right.
