We have not taken the dogs anywhere, really since we had P. Dinky has never gone anywhere with us. We went on vacation last month with PJ and now we are going to do a weekend away with both dogs so I knew we were going to need something for Dinky. (The dogs do not share food or water bowls. They can eat from each other’s, but each has their own.) I found this travel mat that has two small bowls on it. The mat will protect the floor from spilled water which is a huge bonus.
When I got the mat I loved that it was rolled up small for easy travel. When I unrolled the mat I could see the two squares with sides for the food and water. Included were two square frames that go inside the dishes to keep the walls up. Dinky was interested in the dishes when I brought her over so I hope she will use them on vacation since her scent will already be on them.
