I have used foot files to try to get softer feet. I recently did a foot peel which has made my feet soft like babies feet again. I have noticed however areas that are starting to get callused and rough again. I want to be proactive and started using the foot file on those areas. The key to keeping them soft is knowing which roller head to use. This refill pack came with four head, 1 extra course, 2 regular course, and 1 soft touch. I have been using the soft touch on those areas since it is just in the beginning stages and love the results. My feet are remaining soft and that is the way I want to keep them.
