A few months ago we got the Dauber Dawgs Dot Markers (Bingo Daubers) and have used them to do different art projects. I really like using them because I think they are fun to color with. P likes to dab anything she can and S likes to use them to color in pictures that we printed off the computer for the dauber markers.
This activity book is 24 pre-printed sheets of different animals going through the alphabet. They are super easy to color and S has had a blast doing them. I have saved this for an early morning or naptime activity. Because P likes the dauber markers it is easier for S to enjoy them if she is not around or sleeping. This is the perfect quiet activity for him to do. S simply picks out a picture to color, dabs it with the chosen colors and then put it on my bathroom floor to dry. We do that because he has been doing 4-6 pictures at a time and I am afraid the cat is going to walk on the wet paint and spread it around the house. If we lay them out in my bathroom with the door closed P and Dash cannot get to them before they are dry. It only takes a few minutes for them to dry, but that is enough time for P or Dash to get to them.
