I was so excited to try this. I thought if I could use this and make my neck and shoulders feel looser and not as much stiffness, I was all for it. I loved that the roller ball was small enough to comfortably fit in my hand. It was very easy to use on myself and did make my neck and shoulders feel better. I have kept this next to me on the side table and use it no less than 2-3 times a day. I tried this on B’s back and he jumped. I couldn’t figure out why until he did it on my back. I could feel it hit every nerve.
