I have always wondered if my pH levels are off and that was the reason for so many of my complaints. It would explain why I bruise so easily, keep them for weeks and why I am always tired no matter how much sleep I get. This could be the answer to my troubles, or so I thought.
I was hesitant to pee on these strips. What am I supposed to do with them after ward while I wait for the results? I sucked it up and did it. I put a couple layers of paper towels down to fix the issue. I couldn’t just test my pH I had to be able to compare it to B. Convincing him to pee on the strip was a whole other ordeal. I tested my urine and saliva twice. B did both of his once.
The results:
- Urine: My test results were 6.5 and 7.0. B was 6.0.
- Saliva: My test results were 6.0 and 6.5. B was 6.5.
What exactly do these results mean? I don’t have a clue. I know what my pH level is but have no idea what to do with it. There wasn’t any paper on how to interpret the results. What is the point of knowing your pH levels if you don’t know what to do with them? I looked online, but really didn’t find anything that explained it in laments term. I did figure out that B and I are in the normal range. I guess this does not give me the answers as to why I bruise easily or am always tired.
